1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

If you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you type into it. That information is emailed to our support team so we can reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Browsing the rest of the site does not require you to give us any personal information.

3. Cookies and local storage

This site stores four things in your browser. Two are strictly necessary and are stored in your browser's local storage — they are never sent to us or to anyone else. The other two are Google Analytics cookies, which are only ever created if you press Accept on our cookie notice.

The analytics script is not loaded at all until you accept. If you press Reject, no Google Analytics code runs and no analytics cookie is created.

4. Why we process your information

To answer you. We use what you type into the contact form to reply to your enquiry.
To keep the site working. Remembering your language choice and your cookie decision is what makes the site behave the way you asked it to.
To understand how the site is used, but only with your consent. Analytics tells us which pages people read, so we can improve them.

5. Sharing your information

If you accept analytics cookies, Google LLC processes your usage data as our analytics provider. We do not share your information with anyone else.

6. How long we keep it

Contact-form emails are kept for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. The values stored in your browser stay there until you clear them, as set out in the table above.

7. Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to access your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we process it, ask for a copy of it, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email support@chongqmor.com.

8. Changing or withdrawing your consent

Use the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of any page to bring the cookie notice back and make a different choice. Withdrawing consent stops the analytics script from loading on every page you visit afterwards.

Withdrawing consent cannot delete an analytics cookie that was already placed on your device. To remove those, clear cookies for this site in your browser settings — in Chrome, this is under Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies → See all site data and permissions.
